Mom's Coleslaw (not my mom, somebody else's mom!) ;-)

Coleslaw. One of my newest favorite recipe finds!

 

 

 

INGREDIENTS:

1 small head cabbage, shredded
3 medium carrots
OR 1 bag of coleslaw mix
1 C mayo
1/3 C sugar
1/4 C apple cider vinegar

DIRECTIONS:

Combine cabbage and carrots in a large bowl. In a small bowl mix together mayo, sugar, and apple cider vinegar. Pour the mixture over the cabbage mixture and toss to coat. And viola, DONE! ;-)
